• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 3 PM on business days will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to different needs. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 10-15 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on the destination)

  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, customs processing, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order. You will be informed of the exact shipping cost at checkout.

• Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹2000 (within India only).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within India and internationally to selected countries.

• Certain remote locations may have extended delivery times or additional shipping costs. If applicable, you will be notified during checkout.

6. Delayed Shipments

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, holidays, or logistical issues. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you and provide an updated delivery timeline.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Karma Universe is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Missing or Lost Shipments

• If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery window to open an investigation. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order and offer a resolution.

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

• We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. Each address must be entered separately for each order.

10. International Orders & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred during the shipping process. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country.

• Karma Universe is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
